WOW!
After forgetting about this blog and years of time gone by, I never really realized that people actually have been checking out my blog until I saw that there are people from Canada, Africa, North America, and Russia looking at my blog! Thank you for staying alive and having faith of me to post maybe every now and then! Back to the business. YES, the business is still going! Slow but it is going. I am now the OWNER! My parents decided to give me their company so I run it and they work for me pretty much, funny how that works. Anyways, It is still called Firehouse Grill Catering and there is currently not a restaurant but there are restaurants with similar names as us, only we have been around far longer than any restaurant with the same name. Almost thirty years now actually! Our barbecue sauce is limited in the places that sell it since it costs me so much to make. You get what you pay for! All the finest ingredients and I am willing to divulge a few of my most popular recipes since all I have really been doing while I was gone, was trying to dial in old recipes and create new recipes and dial them in. In fact, it has worked out quite well and I am, by no means, trying to brag, but doing well. I have a few graduation parties for Summer '16 to cater for and many other places asking me to work for them. I did give in last year, and decided to make a little extra money and share some of my experience with Dickeys BBQ Pit in San Ramon, California, and while it worked with my co-workers, did not work so well with the owner as she was not a good manager nor owner nor good at owning a business. She ended up going underground after I left the company and now the place has different owners. Which is bother fortunate and unfortunate! Hopefully this owner will be better, and, yet again, I am getting phone calls from the new owner to give some experience to employees and them for a little extra cash flow. I would love it if you guys would like to call or text me and place an order for catering (bay area only) or for an order of my world famous Barbecue Sauce- Cali-q, which I would be happy to ship anywhere for a small extra charge! My Cousins
Hi all,
I know this is still off topic but the topic is about my cousins. my cousins Mckenzie and Adam (Popick) arre the best. They have come down from San Diego. they have come down for christmas this year. They have brought the coolest presents ever as well. I love my cousins!!!!

Christmas And My Humorus Core Teacher Mr. Wulff!
Hi All,
This topic is a little of topic about business, but who really cares anyway????? So My core teacher Mr. Wulff at Pine Valley Middle School, is the best teacher i have ever had. ( And yes i know you're reading this Mr.W) I personally think that he is the nicest and best teacher at PVMS. He is so funny, I love his stories, he is super cool, and he thinks that he is old when he is 30 Years old. (He just won't admit that he really is 30!!!!!!) (I know right, Shame on him !!!!!!) LOL! Anyway back on topic, i love the way he teaches, he isn't hard to understand either. So this is for you MR.WULFF!!!!! YOU ARE THE BEST AND YOU KNOW IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi all,
I just love the time of year when christmas is about to take action. A lot of people don't know the true meaning of Christmas though. The true meaning of Chistmas is giving, not getting. Even though it is fun to get what you want, you still need to know the importance of when you gave someone something.

box lunch
hi,
i just wanted to let all of you gus know that fire house grill is now presenting " Box Lunch" a new thing that we will be doing daily. we need a 24 hours advance timing so that we can prep the food. we will be making everything from the freshest and finest ingriedence. if you have anyfriends or if you live n san ramon we can give you an order. sorry we only do this in san ramon!!!! each lunch requires a min. of 6 people to order. no more than 10 though. if you have 30 people then you should ask us about our catering. we have a very big variety of foods on the menu. we use our own bbq sauce called cali-q. you can reach us at 925) 829-3075 to order. thanks again and hope you will give us a try.
