WOW! 
After forgetting about this blog and years of time gone by, I never really realized that people actually have been checking out my blog until I saw that there are people from Canada, Africa, North America, and Russia looking at my blog! Thank you for staying alive and having faith of me to post maybe every now and then! Back to the business. YES, the business is still going! Slow but it is going. I am now the OWNER! My parents decided to give me their company so I run it and they work for me pretty much, funny how that works. Anyways, It is still called Firehouse Grill Catering and there is currently not a restaurant but there are restaurants with similar names as us, only we have been around far longer than any restaurant with the same name. Almost thirty years now actually! Our barbecue sauce is limited in the places that sell it since it costs me so much to make. You get what you pay for! All the finest ingredients and I am willing to divulge a few of my most popular recipes since all I have really been doing while I was gone, was trying to dial in old recipes and create new recipes and dial them in. In fact, it has worked out quite well and I am, by no means, trying to brag, but doing well. I have a few graduation parties for Summer '16 to cater for and many other places asking me to work for them. I did give in last year, and decided to make a little extra money and share some of my experience with Dickeys BBQ Pit in San Ramon, California, and while it worked with my co-workers, did not work so well with the owner as she was not a good manager nor owner nor good at owning a business. She ended up going underground after I left the company and now the place has different owners. Which is bother fortunate and unfortunate! Hopefully this owner will be better, and, yet again, I am getting phone calls from the new owner to give some experience to employees and them for a little extra cash flow. I would love it if you guys would like to call or text me and place an order for catering (bay area only) or for an order of my world famous Barbecue Sauce- Cali-q, which I would be happy to ship anywhere for a small extra charge!
